Background, awards, proof, and stories.
I'm a futurist and business architect. Everything I do comes back to three verbs: see, align, build.
See. Most organizations don't have an answer problem. They have a question problem. I'm a Certified Futurist, with executive education in breakthrough innovation strategy through X, The Moonshot Factory. Futurism, done right, is not prediction. It's recognizing what's emerging before it becomes obvious.
Align. Thirty years of marketing, communications and operations across package delivery, airlines, freight, bicycle and motorcycle tires, bike rallies, cities, counties, farm credit, financial services, and beer. My focus is enterprise strategy, business architecture, and strategic operations: the work that lives between functions. I understand AI governance, and I can serve as a chief of staff.
Build. I founded and edited an award-winning community magazine, ran public affairs for a growing Texas city, built two consulting practices, and ran a chamber of commerce. Today that includes documentary film, audio storytelling, and a weekly essay, The Interrobang. The case studies above show the three verbs at work, one project at a time.
